About The Rubuliak's

Both Roy and Betty were raised in Christian homes in the Vancouver area of British Columbia, Canada.

Roy accepted the Lord as his Savior at age six and by ten was water and Spirit baptized. Glad Tidings Temple in Vancouver was Roy's family's home church. Betty accepted Christ as her Savior at age 5. Her family began attending Glad Tidings Church in Vancouver when she was 11 years old, where she was water and Spirit baptized.

Roy and Betty met while part of the youth group and were married in January 1972. In 1975 they moved to Abbotsford, a town one hour east of Vancouver, to be part of the ministry team at Abbotsford Christian Assembly. They have been with ACA ever since, serving under the covering of then senior pastor David McElhoes for 29 years and now senior pastor Mitch Borrows.

Their ministry experience has included children's work; pastoring youth, college and careers and young marrieds. It has also included personal and marriage counselling; church administration; the charity department; overseeing the arts department of music ministry, sound and lighting, and a myriad of othe ministerial responsibilities.

The Rubuliak's international ministry has seen them minstering in Mexico from 1989 till the present, Guatemala, Peru, Ukraine, Russia, El Salvador, USA and Canada. They have a passion to minister in churches world wide to see God's power working in these churches for His Glory.
